Annual exhibitions and events
The Zambia International Travel Show, held every April, is Africast's flagship event and indeed their biggest exhibition to date. The Zambia International Travel Show is an inspiring, educative and exciting business tourism event that brings together over 130 local, regional and international exhibitors and visitors to Lusaka.
Other annual exhibitions include the Financial Services and Bank Expo in April, the Zambia ICT Expo in June, the Zambia Motor Show in October, Build Zambia, a property and construction exhibition, in November, and the Proudly Zambian Expo, an exhibition for products made in Zambia, in November. Destination Luapula is a four day tour of Luapula for potential investors, which gathers nearly 2,000 people.
Promotional items and displays
All the Africast exhibition and promotional displays are for hire, helping clients make a lasting impression on their next public or private function. Usually each event comes with promotional materials handed out to every exhibitor and visitor entering the conference or exhibition area. For every event and corporate entity Africast is able to supply lanyards, carrier bags, name tags, branded diaries, gift boxes, pens and other small items.

Africast hires out displays, furniture and exhibition booths for any kind of corporate event or trade show. Africast also hires out folding displays, backdrops, lighting, promotional counters and many more impressive promotional kits. Each stand hire includes tables, chairs, a power point, and lighting on request. For an extra charge branding in vinyl can be applied on the booths.
Conferencing
Africast has experience organising conferences, meetings, pre and post tours, destination management and incentive group itineraries, handling gatherings of more than 4,000. Africast's associate consultant, Carol White, has fifteen years of hotel management experience in Zimbabwe. Africast offers a one stop shop for conferencing and, being a Zambian Company, they understand local logistics.
