Kay Two Zambia Ltd has been responsible for the supply of several different structures, ranging from 1,440 m2 housing structures, to 15,000 m2 factories, to 12,000 m2 shopping centres, as well as various other types of steel structures.
Kay Two Zambia operates in four main sectors

Kay Two Zambia has a dynamic team of constructors who work in the most professional manner. The company's management team has vast experience in site management with steel structure development, maintaining a high level of on site safety, professionalism and quality product handover.
In 2013 Kay Two Zambia completed the erection of the steel structure for Protea Hotel – Lusaka Tower which consisted 9 floors totalling of over 500 tons of steel. Another achievement in 2013 was the erection of steel and sheeting for Kafubu Mall Ndola, totalling approximately 16,000 sq metres of insulated and covered area.
More recently, Kay Two Zambia has completed the erection and sheeting of East Park Mall in Lusaka. This development covers 26,000 sq m of insulated roofing and close to 600 tons of steel. Kay Two Zambia also carried out various wet works including Pick ‘n’ Pay internal wet works.Notable clients
