They are a great addition to salads, sandwiches and stir-fries. To Sprout: Rinse 2 tablespoons of alfalfa seeds and drain. No need to soak overnight. Rinse and drain twice daily for 3-4 days, keeping sprouts in a warm, dark place. On the last day leave on the window still to develop chlorophyll.
