Bird Watching

Bird Watching

The Lower Zambezi valley offers a wide range of bird habitats, and because of this we can promise exceptional bird watching to our guests. The types of terrain surrounding us include escarpment, riverine, wetland and bushveld. This means that a wide variety of bird species can be found in a highly concentrated area. The bush around the lodge is home to a variety of resident birds such as starlings, parrots, coucaals, owls, lovebirds, cuckoos, and shrikes.
