Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC)

Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation is a Zambian state-owned television and radio station and is the oldest, widest and largest radio and television service provider in Zambia. Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation was established by an Act of Parliament in 1987, which was passed to transform the Zambia Broadcasting Services from being a Government Department under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services into a statutory body called the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation. This station aims to provide quality radio and television services throughout Zambia in order to encourage and promote cultural, social and economic development in Zambia.

MUVI Television

MUVI Television is the first private commercial television station in Zambia, established in 2002 and is managed by a competent team of dynamic Zambians. MUVI Television has been producing and promoting local television productions since its launch. This television station broadcasts a range of free-to-air channels including Africa TV, Emmanuel TV and Prism Africa across Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Mozambique. Prime Television

Prime Television is a wholly-owned local television station registered under the company’s Act CAP 389 of the Laws of Zambia on the 24th of September 2010. The station established full operations on the 25th of January 2013 within Lusaka Province. However, with a radius of 120 kilometres, Prime Television is able to cover Central Province up to Chibombo going North, Southern Province up to Mazabuka going South, Nagoma roadblock going West and Chongwe going East. This station has a variety of studio-based programmes and a few recorded ones that run weekdays as well as movies ranging from local, African, American and European.
