Nevertheless, it is important that all valued customers remain vigilant to prevent fraud. Keeping your PIN safe and entering it yourself when doing a transaction is the best way to remain safe. Without the PIN, it is impossible for anyone to cash-out a money transfer.
Zoona will never call you to ask you for your PIN - or to ask about your transaction. Never share your PIN with anyone except the receiver.
