The company takes care of all travel necessities - from transport (road, air, water or rail) to accommodation, including activities for your stay.

Fair Travel and Tours clients include private companies, Government institutions, NGOs and banks. The company enjoys good relationships with many of the top airlines, hotels, lodges, transport services, destination management companies and adventure tour operators. The company is affiliated to the Zambia Tourism Council, the Africa Travel Association and the Zambia Tourism Board. This enables them to put together some of the best tour packages on the market. Fair Travel and Tours offers shuttle services and car rentals; accommodation booking; tours – safaris, weddings, special interest holidays; tailor made itineraries; and business tours for corporate travellers. Meet and greet service Fair Travel and Tours provides a well–staffed 'meet and greet' service at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, for all international and domestic flights.

  • Booking must be made in writing, either by email, fax or letter

Terms and conditions

  • All prices are quoted and payable in kwacha or dollar
  • All tours should be in groups of not less than 2 pax
  • Children under 12 pay half price
  • In all tours, pickups of guests within Lusaka are included in the price list. Fair Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour booking due to rain, closure by national parks or other unforeseen events
  • Refunds are offset against future bookings. If you prefer bank transfer, a minimum bank fee of US$50 is charged


  • Guest lists are to be provided 4 weeks prior to date of travel
  • Tour leader/s are to be indicated as such or they will be charged
  • Children aged under 12 years or under 2 years should be clearly indicated. Otherwise they will be charged as adults

Child policy

  • Children under 12 years pay half price and children under 2 years are not charged
  • Complimentary rates Tour leaders: 1 x bona fide tour leader per 10 paying pax Crew: complimentary transfers if travelling with the group Familiarisations: Existing agents will be given complimentary on core products


  • No reservation is secured/confirmed until a deposit of 50% is received
  • Failure to pay before your guests arrive will result in cancellation
  • No cancellation will be entertained thereafter and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the booking
  • Any account running for more than 60 days will be closed permanently
  • Please scan and e-mail deposits slips through to confirm payments to
  • All payments to be received into Fair Travel's Standard Chartered account at the US$ invoiced amount in order to confirm your booking

Cancellations Cancellation must be received and acknowledged in writing. The following conditions apply:

  • Any reduction in numbers 4 weeks prior to arrival will be charged a 50 % cancellation fee nontransferable fee
  • Tours and transfers attract a 100% cancellation fee if not advised 12 hours before pick up time in writing
